CLP: Adjustments to technical progress

In 10 years the CLP Regulation has undergone 11 adjustments to technical progress.

In 2018 3 ATP were released, such as:

• The VIII ATP (Regulation (EU) 2016/918) which is already compulsorily applied from 1 February 2018.
• The IX ATP (regulation (EU) 2016/1179) that is already compulsorily applied from 1 March.
• X ATP (Regulation (EU) No. 2017/776) which must be compulsorily applied from 1 December 2018.

The Regulation (EU) n. 2018/669 is the XI ATP and must be applied compulsorily starting from 1 December 2019.
