How will the UK withdrawal affect you?

The United Kingdom will be released by the European Union on March 30, 2019.

The UK exit will lead to several changes for companies based in the UK or having businesses with companies based in the United Kingdom.

UK-based REACH Registrant: registration will no longer be available after the UK leaves the EU. It will be necessary to appoint an exclusive representative.

Exclusive representative based in the United Kingdom: will no longer be able to act as an exclusive representative unless he moves to the EU. The Extra-EU producer not to lose the registrations made by the exclusive representative will have to find a new exclusive representative based in EU in order to transfer the registrations.

Company based in EU: must continue to apply EU obligations. Suppliers based in the United Kingdom will have to adapt to new legislation on chemicals.
