EXTENSION OF EPIDEMIOLOGICAL EMERGENCY STATE FROM COVID-19

On Wednesday 29 July 2020 the Council of Ministers met and approved a law extending the duration of the state of emergency from Covid -9 approved on 31 January 2020.

The epidemiological state of emergency, which was originally supposed to end on July 31, 2020, is extended until October 15, 2020. In this way, also the provisions that allow specific measures to be taken to contain the epidemic (referred to in law decrees nos. 19 and 33 of 2020) will be extended until the new expiry of the emergency state.
