CLP: 15° ATP

The 15° ATP Regulation 2020/1182 has been published, amending Annex VI of the CLP Regulation.

Annex VI of the CLP Regulation contains a list of substances subject to harmonized classification, this list is constantly updated

As for all other ATPs, as the Regulation does not provide for a stock disposal period, as of March 1, 2022, both substances and mixtures on the shelves with a classification not adequate to the 15th ATP will have to be withdrawn from the market, reclassified and relabeled.

The most commonly used substances are:

- nitric acid CAS 7697-37-2

-geraniol CAS 106-24-1

--BUTYLPHENYL METHYLPROPIONAL CAS 80-54-6

-D4 CAS 556-67-2

- 2-butoxyethanol 111-76-2

The 15th ATP applies to substances and mixtures starting from 1 March 2022, although it is possible to voluntarily anticipate their adoption.
