CAV NOTIFICATIONS: Overview of Member States' decisions in relation to the implementation of Annex VIII to CLP

Several EU countries are not yet ready to accept notification to poison centers according to ECHA's EU portal.

The countries are:

Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Greece, Iceland, Latvia, Liechtestein, Luxembourg, Malta, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden.

Notifiers must continue to notify their mixtures according to national systems until further notice.
