ECHA: Adopted the updated Community CORAP rolling action plan for the years 2020-2022

ECHA has adopted the updated Community-wide Rolling Action Plan (CoRAP) for substance evaluation, with 74 substances to be evaluated in the 2020-2022 period.

17 Member States will evaluate these substances in the next three years.

For the 14 substances specified for 2020, assessment authorities have 12 months from now to carry out their assessments.

The aim is to clarify whether further information is needed to conclude whether a substance poses a risk to humans or the environment. Registrants of listed substances are encouraged to keep their registrations up to date and to contact evaluating Member States.
