ECHA: Updates to registration dossiers not taken into account during the substance evaluation decision-making process

From 14 April 2020, once ECHA has sent a draft substance evaluation decision to registrants, registrants must send their comments via the draft decision.

ECHA and Member States will not take into account the updates sent by registrants during the decision-making process, because the registration dossiers must always contain all the updated information available to registrants.

In case of up-to-date information, registrants will have to provide it through comments on the draft decision, the authorities will examine the comments and modify the project if necessary.

CEPRA provides support to companies in providing comments during the decision-making process and to support companies in updating the registration dossier.
