ECHA: Regulation (EU) 2018/675 amending Annex XVII of REACH

On May 4, 2018 the Regulation (EU) 2018/675 was published, which modifies Annex XVII of the REACH Regulation by expanding the list of CMR Substances subject to Restriction in consumer products.

The Regulation shall apply from 1 December 2018 with the exception of paragraph 2 of the Annex which, to the extent that it applies only to the substance "formaldehyde: ..%", shall apply from the date of entry into force, ie on 22 May 2018.
