ECHA: Regulation (EU) 2018/669 amending Annex VI of the CLP Regulation

On May 4, 2018 the Regulation (EU) 2018/669 was published that modifies Annex VI, Part 3 of the CLP Regulation by deleting Table 3.2 and renaming Table 3.1 with the title of Table 3, which provides that the dangerous substances they are listed in the same language in which the Rules are drafted.

This Regulation applies from 1 December 2019.

By way of derogation from the second subparagraph, substances and mixtures may, before 1 December 2019, be classified, labeled and packaged in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 amended by this regulation.
