CONAI: Changes in Environmental Contribution and Online Declarations

CONAI has recently introduced some important changes.

First, as of July 1, 2023, further changes in the Environmental Contribution (CAC) regarding plastic caps will be applied.

Also from July 1, 2023, the new procedure for applying, declaring and exempting the Conai Environmental Contribution (CAC) on plastic flower/plant pots constituting packaging will also be effective.

Finally, from January 1, 2023, it will also be necessary to use the Online Declarations service for filling out and sending “Self-Declaration for Special Cases” forms to CONAI.
