According to Article 11 of Regulation (EC) No. 648/2004 the label of a detergent product must comply with both the CLP Regulation and the detergent Regulation.
The detergent packaging information must be legible, visible and indelible.
INFORMATION TO BE LISTED ON THE LABEL
The label must be in the language or languages of the country in which they are placed on the market, more languages may be reported than those provided by the Member States.
The detergent label in addition to the CLP information must contain the following elements:
- name and trademark of the product
- the name or trade name or trademark and the full address with the telephone number of the person responsible for placing the product on the market.
- the address and e-mail address with the telephone number where the technical data sheet can be kept
- indications of the content, percentages of some ingredients as indicated in Annex VII part A
- specific dosage information as indicated in Annex VII part B (quantities recommended for use)
- the packaging must contain the web address where the ingredients sheet is loaded (Annex VII Part D)

Any preservative agents must be listed, regardless of concentration.
Any allergens present in concentrations> 0.01% must be indicated.
INGREDIENTS CARD
A list of the ingredients present in the detergent, weight percentages and CAS numbers are not required.
The ingredients must be indicated according to the INCI nomenclature, and where the name according to the European Pharmacopoeia is not available.
In addition, both the IUPAC nomenclature.
