CEPRA offers consultancy services relating to the notification of mixtures for industrial use to the Dangerous Preparations Archive pursuant to art. 45 of the CLP.
The services provided are:
- registration of the company to the portal (if necessary)
- support in paying taxes (if they are present)
- transmission of the notification
- number of the poison center to be included in section 1.4 of the SDS
CEPRA provides support and advice for the notification in all the countries of the European Community where the product is on the market.
WHEN TO NOTIFY:
It is mandatory to notify the following products:
The notification, prescribed by Legislative Decree 65/2003 and art. 45 of the CLP Regulation, must be made within thirty days from the date of first placing on the market.
NOTIFICATION IN ITALY:
The Istituto Superiore di Sanità is the Italian body responsible for receiving information on preparations placed on the market and considered dangerous for their effects on health or on the basis of their physical and chemical effects, including chemical composition.
